      It was a quiet day in Mineral Springs. The Avicara tribe had sent out Ryk Arrowwing and his warbrothers to patrol, destroying rogue Ice Imps and Pinesouls that threatened the Tengu. It was a quiet day... too quiet. Normally the Avicara had to deal with dastardly humans who constantly invaded their territory... But not a single human had been seen today. Arrowwing was about to order his squad back when he heard a rustling. He turned around, nocking his bow... but by then, it was too late. A wave of aardvarks cascaded over the tengu patrol, towards the main Avicara encampment. In the aftermath, a ranger walked up to the motionless bodies. From behind his mask, he smirked. Soon enough, Mineral Springs would be but another base of operations for his army. Chuckling to himself, the ranger walked after the aardvarks. "Maybe I'll go after Droknar's Forge, next..."
